Ingredients

  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar

Instructions

  1. Grate the cabbage and place it in a bowl with a lid.
  2. Add chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, sugar, and vinegar to the cabbage.
  3. Stir everything together, then cover with the lid.
  4. Set out at room temperature overnight to meld flavors.
