Ingredients

  • 1 cup melted margarine
  • 4 cups crumbled saltine crackers
  • 1 pint canned oysters, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 1/2 cup cream (half and half)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix melted margarine and crumbled saltine crackers together.
  2. Mix canned oysters, creamed corn, cream, salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce together.
  3. Layer crackers, corn mixture, oysters, crackers, corn mixture, and oysters in a casserole dish.
  4. Top with remaining crackers.
  5. Bake in a 2-quart casserole at 350°F for 40 minutes or until crackers are golden brown.
