Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb boneless beef chuck
  • 3 medium onions
  • salt and pepper
  • dash of red crushed pepper
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp Kitchen Bouquet
  • 2 medium bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef chuck and onions in a skillet.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste and cover with water.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and let simmer.
  4. Add a dash of red crushed pepper for spice.
  5. Mix in 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of Kitchen Bouquet to thicken the sauce.
  6. Add chopped bell peppers to the skillet.
  7. Cook for an additional 20 minutes and serve over rice.
