Ingredients

  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 pkg. lime jello (3 oz.)
  • 9 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. creamy cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lime jello in boiling water.
  2. Add juice from crushed pineapple.
  3. Chill until slightly thickened.
  4. Beat until frothy.
  5. Fold in crushed pineapple, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and chopped nuts.
  6. Chill until set.
