Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground London Broil
  • 2 bunches green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. sesame seed
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. oil or cooking sherry
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/8 cup water

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground London Broil, diced garlic, sesame seed, red pepper, and chopped green onions in a wok.
  2. Add oil or cooking sherry and cook over medium heat until the meat is browned.
  3. Pour in soy sauce and water, then simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve this dish over rice with additional soy sauce if desired.
