Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • butter
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Combine well-beaten eggs and milk, then add gradually to the flour mixture, beating to form a thin, smooth batter.
  3. Heat a buttered, greased skillet over medium heat.
  4. Spoon 3 tablespoons of batter onto the hot skillet to form a very thin pancake.
  5. Cook until lightly browned on both sides.
  6. Repeat with remaining batter.
  7. Spread cottage cheese over the cooked pancakes.
  8. Top with strawberry preserves and sour cream before serving.
