Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 boxes instant French vanilla pudding

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in water over heat.
  2. Add flour while on heat and stir until combined.
  3. Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Spread the batter evenly in a slightly greased 11 x 14-inch baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Let the crust cool after baking.
  7. Poke down the bubbles with a fork to deflate them.
  8. Mix cream cheese, instant French vanilla pudding, and milk until smooth.
  9. Spread the pudding mixture over the cooled crust.
  10. Refrigerate until the filling is firm.
  11. Top with Cool Whip and drizzle with chocolate syrup or nuts before serving.
