Ingredients

  • 1 c. Crisco
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Mix together the Crisco, Wesson oil, and flour in a bowl.
  2. Store the mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will last a long time.
  3. Use this mixture to prepare cakes without greasing the pan.
  4. Bake your cake as desired, then let it cool for 10 minutes in an upright position.
  5. Turn out the cake onto a wire rack or serving plate.
