Ingredients

  • 1 lb soda crackers, crushed
  • 1 stalk chopped celery
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 1 colored mango
  • 1 turnip, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fold all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat 3 eggs and mix with 1 can of milk and 1 can of water.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the combined ingredients and mix well.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Grease two small loaf pans or one large loaf pan.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pans.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until browned, approximately 1 1/2 hours.
  8. Do not overbake.
