Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup corn oil

Instructions

  2. Cook pancakes on a hot griddle until golden brown on both sides.
