Ingredients

  • 1 rabbit
  • 2 eggs
  • little grated nutmeg
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Divide the rabbit at the joint and stew until tender.
  2. Butter a pan and lay the rabbit pieces over the bottom.
  3. Beat the eggs.
  4. Mix the beaten eggs with grated nutmeg, salt, pepper, chopped parsley, and fine bread crumbs.
  5. Spread the mixture over the rabbit in the pan.
  6. Place in a hot oven and bake until browned.
