Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Mix the beaten egg yolks and sugar together.
  4. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture.
  5. Using a wooden spoon, fold in the flour, salt, and baking powder until well combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a 9-inch nonstick pan.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes until golden and cooked through.
