Ingredients

  • 2 large cans tomato sauce
  • 2 large cans tomatoes, put through blender
  • 2 lb. Italian sausage, cut in small pieces
  • 1 whole garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 pkg. Schilling spaghetti sauce mix
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Brown the Italian sausage, finely chopped garlic, and chopped onion in margarine.
  2. Add the tomato sauce, blended tomatoes, spaghetti sauce mix, Italian seasoning, and oregano to the browned mixture.
  3. Simmer the sauce for two hours to develop rich flavors.
