Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped pepper
  • 1/3 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • sprinkle of oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 1/2 tsp. horseradish

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients lightly.
  2. Pat the mixture into a loaf pan.
  3. Spread some butter or oleo over the top, then a strip of ketchup.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
