Ingredients

  • 1 large box orange gelatin
  • 2 to 3 cups peeled and shredded carrots
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water and add the orange gelatin.
  2. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  3. Add a tray of ice cubes and stir until the gelatin begins to thicken.
  4. Remove the remaining ice cubes.
  5. Add the shredded carrots and drained crushed pineapple; mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
  7. Refrigerate until set.
