Ingredients

  • 2 loaves frozen bread dough
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • additional 2 Tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Let bread dough thaw and rise as directed on the package, then grease two 8 or 9-inch layer pans.
  2. Shape each loaf into 18 balls.
  3. Dip the balls into 2 tablespoons melted butter, then dip tops into Parmesan cheese. Arrange in one pan.
  4. Arrange remaining balls in the other pan.
  5. Mix dill weed, salt, and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Brush dill mixture on rolls in the second pan.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley flakes. Cover and let rise about 20 minutes.
  7. Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
