- Let bread dough thaw and rise as directed on the package, then grease two 8 or 9-inch layer pans.
- Shape each loaf into 18 balls.
- Dip the balls into 2 tablespoons melted butter, then dip tops into Parmesan cheese. Arrange in one pan.
- Arrange remaining balls in the other pan.
- Mix dill weed, salt, and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Brush dill mixture on rolls in the second pan.
- Sprinkle with parsley flakes. Cover and let rise about 20 minutes.
- Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
