Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. soft margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 8 ears of corn

Instructions

  1. Combine Parmesan cheese, margarine, chopped parsley, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Spread a rounded tablespoonful of the mixture on each ear of corn.
  3. Wrap each coated ear securely in foil.
  4. Place the wrapped ears on the grill over low to medium coals.
  5. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes or until the corn is done.
