Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (1 lb.) loaf French or sourdough bread, cut lengthwise in half
  • 4 Tbsp. finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. In a blender or small food processor, blend or process the olive oil and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Brush the cut surfaces of the bread with the garlic mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and paprika over the bread.
  5. Place the bread under the broiler until golden and crispy, about 2-5 minutes.
