A creamy, flavorful Parmesan pepper sauce perfect for salads, dipping vegetables, or chicken wings, combining tangy, spicy, and cheesy notes for versatile use.

Ingredients

  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or bowl.
  2. Blend well until smooth.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  4. Use as a salad dressing or dipping sauce for raw vegetables or pretzels.
  5. Serve warm as a dipping sauce for chicken fingers or wings.
