Parmesan Potatoes are a delightful side dish that combines the creamy richness of margarine with the nutty flavors of Parmesan cheese. This comforting dish is perfect for family dinners or gatherings, especially when served alongside grilled steaks.

Ingredients

  • 6 baking potatoes
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes and place in a baking dish.
  3. Melt margarine and pour it on top of the potatoes. Add salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese; stir to combine.
  4. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 1 hour.
  5. Halfway through cooking time, add another 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese and stir.
  6. If desired, add Mozzarella cheese 5 minutes before removing from the oven.
