Parmesan Zucchini & Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini (halved & sliced into 1/4" pieces)
  • 1 medium squash (halved & sliced into 1/4" pieces)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 dash red pepper flakes
  • 1 dash salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except parmesan
  3. Sautee, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes (until lightly browned)
  4. Remove from hear & stir in parmesan
  5. *Make sure oil is heated thoroughly before adding veggies to ensure they do not get soggy
