Parsley Garlic Rolls

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 garlic gloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 loaf (16 oz.) frozen bread dough, thawed

Instructions

  1. Coat a 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, chopped fresh parsley, minced garlic, and salt; mix well.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll the bread dough into a 12-inch square.
  4. Spread the parsley mixture over the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border on the top and bottom edges.
  5. Roll the dough tightly, jelly roll fashion, starting at the bottom edge.
  6. Pinch to seal the edge.
  7. Cut the roll of dough into 1-inch wide slices.
  8. Place each slice flat side down into a cup of the muffin pan.
  9. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  10. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  11. Bake the rolls for 9 to 11 minutes, or until golden.
  12. Remove from the pan and serve warm.
