- Let the dough rise until it has doubled in size.
- Spread the dough to the edges of an oiled cookie sheet.

- Fold the dough to the center over the fillings.
- Fold under the edges of the dough to seal.
- Turn the loaf over so the seam is on the bottom.
- Repeat with the second loaf.
