Ingredients

  • 2 loaves frozen bread dough
  • 1/4 lb. salami, sliced thin
  • 1/4 lb. Provolone cheese, sliced thin
  • 2 small cans mushrooms, drained
  • 1 medium jar pepper salad in oil (Progresso)

Instructions

  1. Slightly oil the frozen loaves before thawing.
  2. Let the dough rise until it has doubled in size.
  3. Spread the dough to the edges of an oiled cookie sheet.
  4. Layer with sliced salami, pepper salad in oil, drained mushrooms, and sliced Provolone cheese.
  5. Fold the dough to the center over the fillings.
  6. Fold under the edges of the dough to seal.
  7. Turn the loaf over so the seam is on the bottom.
  8. Repeat with the second loaf.
  9. Bake at 350°F until slightly browned.
