Party Pecans (Or Walnuts)

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2 c. sugar or brown sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Beat egg white until frothy with 1 tablespoon water.
  2. Melt butter in pot.
  3. Add sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Put nuts into egg white and coat well, then put them into sugar mixture. Cover well.
  5. Place in pan with butter and bake at 250° until done.
