A refreshing, diabetic-friendly pineapple punch with natural sweetness, fruity flavors, and a cool slush texture, perfect for parties and gatherings with health-conscious guests.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 3 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 6 oz can orange concentrate
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 envelopes Equal sweetener

Instructions

  1. Cut bananas into chunks and place in blender.
  2. Add 1 cup of pineapple juice and orange concentrate.
  3. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl.
  4. Add the remaining 2 cups of pineapple juice, cold water, lemon juice, and Equal sweetener.
  5. Stir to completely mix.
  6. Pour into containers and freeze to a slush.
  7. Put into a punch bowl, pour lemon-lime soda down the sides of the bowl.
  8. Stir gently to mix.
  9. Serve in small punch cups.
