Ingredients

  • 1 can Butter-Me-Not biscuits
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • crumbled bacon or finely diced ham bits

Instructions

  1. Separate the biscuits, dividing each into halves.
  2. Line small party muffin tins with the biscuit halves.
  3. Fill each with crumbled bacon or diced ham, grated cheese, and optional onions or peppers.
  4. In a bowl, mix eggs and milk.
  5. Season the egg mixture with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the biscuit fillings in each muffin cup.
  7. Bake in a 350°F oven until set and lightly browned, about 10 to 12 minutes.
  8. Remove from the muffin tins and serve immediately.
