Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked, ground ham
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce or catsup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons chopped celery

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and put into a greased loaf pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 60 minutes.
