Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot pork sausage
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 cups Bisquick or BixMix
  • 1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Let sausage come to room temperature.
  2. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  3. In a bowl, combine sausage and grated Cheddar cheese thoroughly using hands.
  4. Add Bisquick and blend in until well incorporated.
  5. Roll mixture into marble-sized balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  7. Serve hot or cold.
