Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp minced garlic
  • coarsely ground pepper
  • 4 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1 lb capellini
  • grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over low heat, adding minced garlic.
  2. Stir often until the garlic turns golden, but not burned.
  3. Cook capellini until it's al dente, then drain it well.
  4. Toss the drained pasta with the garlic oil, coarsely ground pepper, chopped parsley, and grated cheese.
  5. Serve immediately.
