Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetable base
  • 1 can (11 1/2 oz.) condensed bean with bacon soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 medium clove garlic, minced
  • 2/3 cup cooked small bow-shaped pasta
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together vegetable base, condensed bean with bacon soup, water, minced garlic, cooked pasta, and chopped parsley.
  2. Divide the soup mixture among four 1-pint microwave-safe bowls.
  3. Cover each bowl with a lid or microwave-safe cover and freeze.
  4. To serve, microwave one frozen bowl on High for 4 1/2 minutes or until hot, stirring once during heating.
