Creamy and flavorful, Pasta Prima combines mayonnaise, bacon, Parmesan, and parsley for a comforting dish suited to casual gatherings and family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 oz. fettucini noodles
  • 8 bacon slices
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Gradually add milk to mayonnaise and cook over low heat until warm.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in beaten eggs.
  3. Toss the sauce with cooked and drained fettucini noodles until well coated.
  4. Add crumbled bacon, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley; toss lightly.
  5. Serve with additional cheese if desired.
