  • 3/4 cup scallops
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 lb. angel hair pasta or linguini

  2. Cook until the garlic is browned.
  3. Remove the browned garlic and rosemary from the oil.
  4. Add all seafood, chopped parsley, and lemon juice to the saucepan.

Tips & Substitutions

For a richer flavor, consider adding a splash of white wine when cooking the seafood. If you're unable to find fresh clams or mussels, canned varieties work in a pinch. You can also substitute shrimp with crab meat or use a mix of your favorite seafood. For a lighter dish, try using zucchini noodles instead of pasta.

Serving Suggestions

Serve Pasta Tutto Mare with a side of crusty garlic bread to soak up the delicious sauce. A fresh green salad with a light vinaigrette complements the dish well. For a delightful pairing, enjoy it with a chilled glass of white wine. This recipe also pairs beautifully with Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo for a seafood feast.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, gently warm in a saucepan over low heat, adding a splash of water or broth to prevent the seafood from becoming rubbery. Avoid microwaving, as it can overcook the seafood.
