Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O brand sugar free gelatin (any flavor)
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the gelatin completely in boiling water.
  2. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
  3. Add the cold water and ice mixture to the gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
  4. Remove any unmelted ice.
  5. Fold the gelatin mixture into whipped topping, blending well.
  6. Spoon the mixture into individual dessert dishes or a bowl.
  7. Chill until set, at least 2 hours.
  8. Garnish with fresh fruit if desired.
