Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 2 teaspoons onion
  • 2 tablespoons green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 package frozen lima beans
  • 1 1/2 cups white sauce or mushroom gravy
  • bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped celery, onion, green pepper, oil, and salt until soft.
  2. Add Nuteena to the sautéed vegetables and stir.
  3. Mix in soy sauce, frozen lima beans, and white sauce or mushroom gravy.
  4. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  5. Top with bread crumbs or cracker crumbs.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
