Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow or white cake mix
  • 3 oz. package raspberry Jell-O
  • 3/4 cup Marsala wine or sweet sherry
  • 1/2 cup corn oil

Instructions

  1. Beat all ingredients on medium speed for 3 minutes.
  2. Pour mixture into a greased 350°F (175°C) oven-safe pan.
  3. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  4. Allow the cake to cool completely.
  5. Sprinkle confectioners' sugar over the cooled cake before serving.
