Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 1 jar dill pickles (whole), drained
  • 1 pkg. pastrami, deli-thin sliced

Instructions

  1. Drain and dry the dill pickles with a napkin.
  2. Spread cream cheese over each pickle.
  3. Roll each covered pickle up with a slice of pastrami.
  4. Secure the roll with toothpicks, inserting them through the pickle to hold the meat in place.
  5. Slice between the toothpicks to create individual appetizers.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
