Ingredients

  • 6 medium-sized potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, then grate or grind them and drain in a colander.
  2. Stir in the flour and milk to form a thin batter, then add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Optional: Add chopped parsley and onions to the batter.
