- Set out the vanilla ice cream to soften.
- Cut the butter into the blueberry muffin mix until crumbly.
- Place the mixture in a casserole dish and bake at 300°F for 5 to 10 minutes until it begins to brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Reserve 1/2 cup of the crumb mixture for topping.
- Press the remaining mixture into a 9-inch pie plate to form the crust.
- Spread the softened ice cream over the crust and top with the crumb mixture.
- Freeze the pie until firm.
- Top with blueberries from the muffin mix and sliced strawberries.
- Let the pie sit for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
