Ingredients

  • 18 oz. package Pillsbury refrigerated sugar Slice and Bake cookies
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • assorted fruit (strawberries, bananas, cherries, grapes, kiwi, pineapple)
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade

Instructions

  1. Slice the Pillsbury refrigerated sugar Slice and Bake cookies.
  2. Line a 14-inch pizza pan or 2 small quiche pans with the sliced cookie dough, overlapping slightly.
  3. Bake at 275°F for 12 minutes until golden.
  4. Allow the cookie crust to cool completely.
  5. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  7. Arrange assorted fruit on top of the cream cheese layer.
  8. Warm orange marmalade and brush it over the fruit to glaze.
