Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat until stiff enough to stand in peaks.
- Place mixture on a well-greased slide or ovenproof plate and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
- Then, turn the oven down to 230°F (110°C) and bake for an additional 1 hour.
- Leave the Pavlova in the oven to cool completely.
- Decorate with whipped cream and fruit before serving.
