Ingredients

  • 6 oz. package peach jello
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix peach jello, sugar, and crushed pineapple in a saucepan.
  2. Cook the mixture for 5 minutes.
  3. Allow it to cool.
  4. Whip softened cream cheese with 1 cup cold water until smooth.
  5. Add crushed pineapple to the whipped mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  7. Fold in Cool Whip.
  8. Pat the mixture into molds and refrigerate until set.
