Ingredients

  • 1 large can pineapple, drained (half juice removed)
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 boxes orange or peach Jell-O
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Drain half of the juice from the large can of pineapple.
  2. Dissolve the two boxes of Jell-O in 1 cup of hot water.
  3. Add the drained pineapple, grated Cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise to the Jell-O mixture.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  5. Pour into a mold or dish and let it set in the refrigerator until firm.
