Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup Wesson oil
  • 1 1/2 cups peaches, drained and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups flour
  • dash of salt
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, adding the flour last.
  2. Pour the batter into a large oiled Bundt pan.
  3. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
