Ingredients

  • 4 cups peaches
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Slice the peaches and place them in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, salt, baking powder, and flour.
  3. Add melted butter and milk to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter evenly over the peaches in the pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 45 minutes or until the pudding is golden and set.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
