Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed and divided
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 5 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced (about 2 lb.)
  • 16 oz. frozen pound cake loaf, thawed and cut into 1-inch cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine pudding mix and milk in a saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool. Fold in half of the thawed whipped topping.
  3. Sprinkle sugar over peaches; toss and set aside.
  4. Place half of the cake cubes in the bottom of a 16-cup trifle bowl and drizzle with half of the orange juice.
  5. Arrange half of the peaches over the cake layer and top with half of the pudding mixture.
  6. Repeat the layers: add the remaining cake cubes, drizzle with remaining orange juice, add the remaining peaches, and top with the remaining pudding mixture.
  7. Spread the remaining whipped topping on top of the assembled trifle.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
