Peachy Yams

Instructions
- Drain peach halves.
- Arrange halves with cut side up in baking dish.
- (To make peaches stand upright, cut thin slice from bottom of each half.)
- Cream the butter and mashed yams.
- Add brown sugar, orange peel and salt.
- Add brandy and blend.
- Spoon mixture onto peach halves.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts, brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° to 400° for 15 to 20 minutes. (Can microwave on High for 4 minutes, turning once during cooking.)
- Serves 8.
