Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light Karo syrup
  • 1.5 cups peanut butter
  • 4.5 cups cornflakes
  • 1 cup coconut

Instructions

  1. Bring the sugar and light Karo syrup to a rolling boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add the peanut butter to the boiling mixture and stir well until smooth.
  3. Pour the hot mixture over the slightly mashed cornflakes and coconut in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper to cool and set.
