Creamy, rich fudge blending chocolate, nuts or peanut butter, and vanilla, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings and sharing with friends or family during special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1/4 bag miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 block butter
  • dash salt
  • 4 to 5 heaping tablespoons peanut butter or 1 to 2 cups pecans
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, cocoa, and salt in a saucepan.
  2. Add cream and mix well.
  3. Add butter and cook over medium heat until the mixture reaches soft ball stage.
  4. Remove from heat, then add peanut butter or pecans, marshmallows, and vanilla.
  5. Beat with an electric beater until the mixture begins to turn dull in color.
  6. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan and let cool before cutting into pieces.
