Ingredients

  • 2 cups frosted flakes, crushed to 1 cup
  • 3 tablespoons chunky peanut butter, melted
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • hot fudge topping

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed frosted flakes with melted chunky peanut butter to make a cereal mixture.
  2. Scoop vanilla ice cream into 2 1/4-inch balls using a No. 16 ice cream scoop or shape into balls by hand.
  3. Roll the ice cream balls in the cereal mixture to coat evenly.
  4. Place the coated ice cream balls on wax paper and freeze until firm.
  5. Drizzle with hot fudge topping before serving.
