Ingredients

  • 8 oz. macaroni shells
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked peas
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion and minced garlic in oil and margarine until translucent.
  2. Add boiled and drained macaroni shells, cooked peas, finely chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to the skillet and mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish, cover, and bake in a moderate oven at 350°F for 15 minutes.
